When an assistant answers “what’s the best…”, it leans on roundups more than on any other kind of page — more than articles, more than your own product page, more than your homepage.

AI assistants don't invent recommendations. They summarise the roundups that already rank. Getting onto those roundups is the work — this is the shortest path to it.

Not a generic info@ address. The writer's name, their LinkedIn, their X profile, plus the publisher's direct email, contact form and media-kit page — already gathered.
A placement on a ranking roundup earns a backlink today, and becomes part of the source material assistants pull from when they answer “what's the best…” tomorrow.
Every listicle links plenty of LinkedIn profiles — experts quoted in the body, the publisher's staff, whoever shared it. We store a profile only when it verifiably belongs to the person who wrote the article.
File each listicle as a Competitor, an Opportunity, or Other. Then export just the emails for a mail-merge, or just the LinkedIn profiles for a connection sequence — scoped to the category and bucket you're working.

Built from a 390-keyword taxonomy spanning the whole SaaS market — not just marketing tools. Counts are live listicles in each category.
This is a continuous process. The crawler runs every day — new listicles added, existing ones re-checked for updated rankings, fresh authors and new contact routes. Your access includes all of it, forever.
The hours spent running SERPs, opening tabs and hunting for a contact are already done. Start at the outreach.
46 categories means most client briefs are already covered — filter, export, and run the campaign the day you win the account.
Name-verified LinkedIn and X profiles alongside direct emails, so your pitch lands with the person who can edit the list.

Assistants summarise the roundups that rank. Being named on them is how you enter the answer.

Assistants don't hold opinions about software — they summarise what ranks. When someone asks for “the best CRM for startups”, the model draws on the roundups that already rank for that query. Being named on those pages is how a product enters the answer, and the citation usually credits the publisher, which is why the placement matters more than the link alone.
Emails come from the publisher's own site — contact pages, footers and about pages — not guessed from a pattern. Author profiles are stored only when the profile verifiably belongs to the person credited with writing the article; an unmatched profile is dropped rather than guessed. That means some rows have no profile, which is honest: roughly four in ten articles simply don't publish one.
The crawler runs continuously against a 390-keyword taxonomy. New roundups are added as they're published, existing ones re-checked for ranking changes and refreshed contacts, and thinner categories filled out over time. Every update is included in your one-time payment.
Yes. Full CSV with all 24 columns, or focused exports — emails only, or LinkedIn and X profiles only — scoped to whatever category, subcategory and bucket you have selected. Emails are deduplicated by address so a mail-merge never contacts anyone twice.
The dataset compounds — it gets more useful the longer it runs, and charging monthly for something you'd mostly use in bursts didn't seem right. One payment, and you keep every update.
Every roundup that ranks without you is a citation going to someone else.
