Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. The agreement

These terms are between you (“you”) and ListicleBacklinks (“we”). By purchasing or using the service you accept them. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.

2. What lifetime access means

A one-time payment of $49 buys a single-user, non-transferable, perpetual licence to access and use the database.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer. We intend to run this indefinitely, but no business can promise forever. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and provide a full export of the database in CSV so what you paid for remains usable.

3. What you may do with the data

4. What you may not do

Substantial breach ends the licence without refund. We would rather talk first — if you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask.

5. Your outreach obligations

The database contains business contact details that publishers have published themselves. How you use them is your responsibility.

You agree that you will:

We provide data. We do not send anything on your behalf and we are not responsible for messages you send.

6. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT may be added depending on your location.

14-day refund. If the database is not useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. After a refund, access ends.

We may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example bulk-exporting the entire database and then requesting one.

7. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee. Maintenance, hosting failures and third-party outages can interrupt it.

The database is updated on a continuous crawl. We do not guarantee a specific number of new records in any period; volume depends on what publishers actually publish.

8. Accuracy of the data

The data is gathered automatically from public web pages and is provided as is. We work hard on accuracy — author profiles are only stored when they verifiably match the credited writer, and emails are taken from publishers' own pages rather than guessed — but we cannot warrant that every record is correct or current.

Websites change, authors move on, and contact pages disappear. Verify before you rely on a record for anything that matters.

We make no guarantee that using this data will earn you a backlink, a placement, a ranking, or a citation in any AI assistant. Those outcomes depend on your outreach, your product, and decisions made by third parties entirely outside our control.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, damage to reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the data.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, particularly the restrictions in sections 4 and 5. Where the breach can be fixed, we will normally warn you first.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to licence holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes never apply retrospectively to a purchase already made.

A note on this document. It is drafted to be fair and readable, not to be bulletproof in every jurisdiction. Have a lawyer review it — particularly sections 5, 8 and 11 — before you take your first payment. The governing-law clause in particular should match where your business is actually registered.
