What this replaces
The realistic alternatives to having this list.
| Approach | Cost | Time to first pitch |
|---|---|---|
| Build it yourself | 40–60 hours | 2–3 weeks |
| Hire a VA to research | $400–800 | 2–4 weeks |
| Email-finder tool subscription | $49–99 / month | Still need the list |
| Backlink suite (Ahrefs, Semrush) | $99–249 / month | No contacts included |
| ListicleBacklinks | $49 once | Same day |
Those tools are good at what they do — this isn't a replacement for a rank tracker. It replaces the manual research step none of them cover: finding the roundups and the people who edit them.
14 days to decide, no questions
Buy it, export a category, send a few pitches. If the data isn't useful, email us within 14 days and we refund in full — you don't have to explain why. The only thing we'd push back on is exporting the entire database and then asking for your money back.
The things people ask first
“Why does the price go up?”
Because the database keeps growing. Early buyers take a risk on a new product and get the lower price for it; later buyers get a bigger dataset and pay more for it. The rung only moves when licences actually sell — there is no timer.
“Is the data actually accurate?”
Emails come from publishers' own contact pages, never guessed from a name pattern. Author profiles are stored only when the profile matches the credited writer. About four in ten articles publish no author profile at all — those cells are empty rather than filled with a guess.
“Can I use it for clients?”
Yes. Agencies and consultants can use it across client campaigns. The licence is per person, so each team member running outreach needs their own — but there's no cap on how many clients you serve with it.
“What if you shut down?”
You'd get at least 60 days' notice and a full CSV export of the entire database, so what you paid for stays usable regardless. That commitment is written into the Terms, not just promised here.
“Will this get me backlinks?”
It gets you the list and the contacts. Whether a publisher adds your product depends on your pitch and your product — we can't promise placements, and anyone who does is guessing. What we remove is the research, which is most of the work.
“How often is it updated?”
The crawler runs continuously against a 390-keyword taxonomy — new roundups added, existing ones re-checked for ranking changes and fresh contacts. Volume depends on what publishers actually publish, so we don't promise a fixed number per week.
The list is built. The price only goes up.
